RX 480 Performing Better by Undervolting

Since each card has different voltages, it seems the lower the stock voltage on your card, the higher it will overclock/higher overclocking headroom.

Here's to hoping AMD fixes all the issues in the RX 480 with the new drivers tomorrow and extract magical performance out of it(as they always have been doing xD )
