Posted June 29, 2016 I am building my pc and today I got my new power supply wanted to test it so mm I setted up the pc mobo on a card board than proceeded to put the cpu and the rams. Than connected the mobo psu coords and the cpu one also. To turn on the pc I touched with a screw the 2 pins on the top left side of jfp1 I accidentally touched the metal part of the screw and got shocked and maybe touched another pin. Posted June 29, 2016 If it did mess something up, i would try testing a different motherboard, It's possible that that is the only "fried" component. Posted June 29, 2016 I destroyed my mainboard too when i way young. I put the board without its screws into the case and put the electricity on.
