what is the best pair of headphones i can get for $10

I have a pair of nice over ear headphones but i want some noise isolating headphones i can use in the car and when im asleep. I have no preference whether they are Bluetooth or not.

There are $10 bucks ear phones from JVC, Panasonic, and Sony. I recently bought a Sony one. Gets the job done, but for your needs. I say your budget needs to add a extra 0.

If you can find an extra $5 in the couch cushions isolating ear buds are probably your best bet.

There is a earphone only cost $8.99 , but i am not sure if it is a  noise isolating headphones
