AMD Vega release quarter?

Webkitnote

I know AMD Vega 10 is to be released in 2017. But is it begin of year, middle of the year or end of the year?

We don't really know at this point in time. All we know is that they will release it at some point in the future.

Generally not worth waiting a year for a new product. If you are willing to wait for that long, then you might as well wait forever. Since there will always be new products coming out.

It's funny how you ask "which quarter" and then break the year into thirds. :)

A sieve may not hold water, but it will hold another sieve.

I predict Q4 2016 for the smaller card as rumor say. Why would AMD tease now Vega on their twitter when its released in 2017?

I believe it was twitter but not sure.

Actually I didn't break it up to anything. "Begin" means "begin", which is 1st January. "End" means "end", which is 31st December, and "Middle" is percently in-between.

Yea, that's not what I was asking. If you paid as much attention to the first post as much as that subscript in this graph, that'd be great.

The title of your post asks which "quarter". Is the second quarter part of the "begin" or part of the "middle"? Is the 3rd quarter part of the "middle", or part of the "end"? :)

Either Q4/16 or Q1/17, unless something really bad happened between that. Just a speculation of course.
