It really isn't THAT hard to run well, actually not a whole lot harder than BF3 was or still is in most cases. 7990 performance is surprising

my 670 got playable frames high 40s to low 50s was actually surprised on ultra hopefully this stays true till the full game.

Once the game is out I want to see Windows 7 vs Windows 8 and Nvidia vs AMD.

DirectX enhancements to see if they make a difference with the new features windows 8 will offer will be a good take on if it's worth it to upgrade to windows 8 if more games use dx11.2

and Nvidia vs AMD because currently BF4 has NVAPI so Nvidia should have a slight edge over AMD before Mantle is released.

yikes, mantle better be a big improvement, other wise I'm going to have to drop a fortune to get good quality at 5760x1080

Frostbite guys said its optimized for AMD so even before mantle AMD will have the edge on this game. you can even see it in these numbers a 7990 beats a titan and costs 4 bills less.

Going to wait and see what happens at launch, and perhaps with optimized drivers after launch.

I completely forgot that BF4 was going to have Mantle support! Hopefully those 24-30 FPS on a 7950 (at 1080p) will get boosted up quite a bit!

Did you try the beta yet? I was getting 40-90 (90 is when looking at the sky) frames on ultra with a 7970, so I think a single 7950 would be fine, since there is room for driver improvement.

I can't play the beta until Friday, since I didn't pre-order BF4 and have to wait until the beta goes public.

One thing is definitely for sure 3GB vRam is for 1440P it runs fine at 1080P :3

Yeah its a bug they need to fix its smooth until it just stutters for ages they definitely need to iron out a lot of bugs like last time.

I don't really like the new interface for weapons load out. The spectate function is cool and also the drop zone previews are cool too!

Trust me, I know lol. I wasn't fooled by that part of the system requirements.
