yes it'll work, just don't forget to plug your monitor in the GPU when you get it.

I didn't realize that you were talking about AMD Dual Graphics, I though you were talking about APU and dGPU in general without Dual Graphics involved

thing is that those GPU's are more than 20% down in the performance per dollar range, so if anything it's just "making it less terrible"

Yes, but it will defeat the purpose of an APU. The purpose of an APU is to have a CPU that also serves as a decent GPU.

Not entirely.  It still offers switchable graphics and the APU's do have a competent CPU component.

1. why not get something with a simple iGPU at that point?

2. why not get something cheaper with the same power CPU component at that point?
