Is my GPU dying? Strange color shifting.

Autoimmunity

So I just moved my GTX 780 from one PC to a new SFF build.  It was working fine in the old build, but in this new PC it looks like the blues and reds are shifted out of each other.  I tried to take a screenshot but that came up normal.

This build is using a PCIe riser card, could that have something to do with it?

EDIT: It appears going windowed mode in rocket league fixed the issue, but it is present across all games.

Try using it without the riser, and if it works like that, then you know what the issue is. Also, if you have the older system, put it back in that to see if it works.

Turns out that 3d vision had turned itself on.  I feel so stupid.

xD, I thought it was something like that, but trust me, stupid things happen.

Oh, and don't feel stupid, others have done stupider than yours.

It's just that after 5 years of PC building and learning, something stupid like this still stumps me.
