Case fans on HAF 912

So I recently had my AIO die on me. So i ordered a Hyper 212 Evo. Now i have some spare space for fans up top. I have a 360mm fan exhausting heat from the top but was curious if I should have the rear 120mm intaking cool air to cool my mobo, or as another exhaust. 

Note: I made the mistake of buying a 4+1 power phase mobo for my 8350 cpu so getting good airflow on the VRMs is important

I would leave the back 120mm as an exhaust, unless you get a nice magnetic filter and flip the fans on the heatsink so its pulling the air from the rear intake instead of the front. If you can't find a filter I would just leave it as an exhaust because dust would be an issue.
