It's a kijiji ad. Pretty cheap, can't tell much on the card besides it's an ASUS with a VGA port, it looks like a Fermi to me.

Sorry I was looking at the wrong card. However maybe it is just the angle but I cant see any green in the picture.

NOPE, it's a GTX 550Ti, confirmed.

 

It has red stripes in the pic, only other NV GPU to have that with a single 6 pin is the GTX 550Ti.

The 550ti does not have the Asus logo on it though.

It's a GTS 450 100%, the image must be bad and making it look like teh stripes are red.

 

The PCB, video outputs and wire placement are all identical. Even the 6 pin length from the end of the shroud.

OK there is a version of the GTX 550Ti with teh ASUS logo there, it's actually much closer to your image, especially the VRM layout and where the VRM heatsink is.

That version is not available outside of Asian market from the looks of it, that's why we only see versions with no ASUS logo.
