Need a cheap gpu for rendering!

Cheap and rendering do not go together. Your best bet is to save some and wait for RX 480 ($199).

I dont even know if premiere uses my gpu at all for rending so....

Im trying to build something that works better and is under the price of 699 as the mac mini 2014 version...

You would gain a lot if you could hold off for the RX 480 though. If it holds up to the speculations (which it should) it will be an amazing budget card.

It does. It likes lots of cuda cores but the implementation for the whole CC is really bad

if you're building a hackintosh and using FCP X, just use the iGPU, with premiere however, get a decent gpu :)
