Just now, thesilvericicle said:

why not the 750 ti

It is a very slow card when it was relevant  now it is almost 2 gen old and sli dose not give you the full power of both cards

Recommendations:

1. Use PCPartPicker, otherwise people may not help you. It makes things easier.

2. If you're planning on SLIng 750 Tis (to which you can't), then go with a single 970 or r9 390 (it's not fun dealing with issues with multiple graphics cards)

3. Don't get a Z series motherboard if you aren't overclocking

4. You don't need a custom SLI bridge

5. AMD Crossfire is better because you don't need the bridge cable, meaning that you won't have to spend more on a fancy one

6. You don't need water cooling for a cpu that you CAN'T OVERCLOCK

wait for the gtx 1070 if possible, placed the 390x there as a placeholder. get OS from kinguin/reddit for $20-30 if you wanna save a few bucks.
