Best fan brand for performance not quiet noise?

XBL-Revolution

What brand of fans would you recommend I put in my phantom 410 case? To increase airflow and keep things cooler!

Assuming you have the space open in the case, fill all the spaces that you can and set the fan speeds at 50% or lower. Make sure to maintain positive air pressure. That's the best of both worlds; quiet and cool.

Keep in mind that you can't get lower than room temperature without some other source of cold. Like LN2. That'll really cool your PC down.

I didn't recommend a single brand because there are quite a few really good ones. I just wanted to offer some general advise.

If you can withstand the sound of jet engines, that is:

Could i use this pack? If i used all 4 fans in the case would it have a good air flow?

I mean you can, yeah. You should probably look for something that moves a bit more air than that, though. Sub 40 CFM is laughable.. I'm using Fractal Design Venturi HF 140s in my case, and they're pretty wonderful.

Noctua Industrials are about as far on the "crap, that's loud" scale as I'm willing to go under normal circumstances.

Aerocool DS are the best fans you've never tried.
