Best cooling for my FX-8350. But...

Hello everyone! Just as in the topic, I'm currently on the lookout for a brand new cpu cooling solution, to replace my old ThermalRight True Spirit 120M. I do have 1 important requirement, which makes my own research a very painful activity- The cooler has to be of a maximum 145mm height. Money is no object. Height is. Well, and performance aswell. I want the best cooling money can buy, under these tight, height circumstances. Thanks in advance for all the help :)
Also- I do like to overclock my cpu. Right now it sits firmly at 4.4ghz, due to hot summer days. And its gonna get worse. I dream of achieving 4.6/4.8 ghz with not exceeding 69C on the socket and 62C on the core, if possible.

Noctua NH-D15 Will match most 240mm rads. But is quieter and simpler.

If that doesnt fit a NH-D9L is also good, failing that they do a couple of flat low profile options

There is no reason not to buy the Corsair hydro coolers. There has been a few cases in the 100,000 units they have sold. There are not many air coolers that will achieve the performance of an water cooler but if you insist, the Cryorig H7 is 145mm.

AIO. Even the Cryorig H7, by far and away the best air cooler you can get at that height, is going to struggle to meet your desires.

Aerocool DS are the best fans you've never tried.

It's too tall.

Noctua C14S is excellent, 115mm height or 140mm depending on fan mounting.

http://noctua.at/en/products/cpu-cooler-retail/nh-c14s/specification

or the Noctua C12P SE14 (112mm height), it has a fan with one the best acoustics ever but the C14S performs slightly better.

Google Translate is there to help if its needed. But most sites have search and product names are still in english. If you can shop within EU, there's shops like Mindfactory.de and Amazon.de to add more selection.
