USB Wifi Adapter Suggestions?

EBDoesStuff

Hey guys! I recently got a new internet connection from Rogers (canada), and the speed I'm suppose to be getting is 100mbps, and yeah, that's the speed I'm getting, 200mbps, actually. But that's only if I'm near the router. My computer has crappy on board AC wifi and my motherboard is an ITX board so I can't get a wifi card for myself. Instead I started looking for a gigabit USB wifi adapter. I need a one that can handle dual band (2.4 ghz & 5ghz) and one that can reach the lower floor of my house. There are so many options, I don't know where to look. If you can please leave some suggestions for around $30 - $40, that would be highly appreciated! Thanks!

Here's the best I've found: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B01DBC5LDE/ref=s9_simh_gw_g504_i1_r?pf_rd_m=A3DWYIK6Y9EEQB&pf_rd_s=desktop-2&pf_rd_r=27A8BDV71RENH5NB4Z3H&pf_rd_t=36701&pf_rd_p=2443077042&pf_rd_i=desktop

Use an Ethernet. It will give you the best possible speeds.

I would, but I can't. I don't have anytime to hardwire and I can't just have a cable running up and through my home.
