Switching to Air Cooling?

I got 2 NF 12's on my H100i GTX, guys. 

And I am not 100% sure if I should change to air cooling, but I was wondering if it would be a bit quieter. 
Like I said, I am probably nit-picking. Plus, I wanted to know a really good quiet tower, which I believe the NH-D15 to be one of the top choices. 

 

 

Current Build:

 

CPU: Core i5-9600K MOBO: Asus strix z390-i RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB - 3200mhz GPU: Asus Geforce GTX 970 Strix Storage: Samsung SSD 500GB & Samsung 1TB SSD Case: Louqe Ghost S1 Cooler: Noctua L12 - 92mm fan only PSU: Corsair SF600 Keybaord: Ducky Shine 3 Cherry MX Red

Yes, it would be quieter. 

The h100i gtx pump isn't nearly as quiet as NF-A15's.
