R9 380 problem

Hi, I'm new to the forum and I come from Croatia so bare with my english! 

I have a R9 380 Sapphire 2gb video card nearly a year old and for a quite some time I'm experiencing system freezing, BSOD, RSOD and GSOD ( since I play bf3 online) ..I've solved the BSOD and RSOD with 16.3.1 drivers wich apparently fix some bugs ond the 380 ...few days ago I replaced the thermal compound and slighitly improved the cooling but here and there I get the green screen or the game freezes ...I have msi afterburner instaled and my card utilization jumps from 0 to 100% like crazy there is no continuous line and the same is with the core clock speed, it goes anywere from 500 to 985 mhz ...any ideas?

Bottleneck/Really shitty PSU. Replace PSU asap because cheiftec PSUs are known to explode. Get one from tiers 1 to 5 on this list:

I'm planning to buy a corsair rm650x or 750x in the near future ..but you realy think that the problem is in the power supply?

Here is the freeze or crash whatever it is I get lately. Happens all the time. Is that caused by my graphics card, memory!?
