Logitech G502 worth it?

Hello,

I've been thinking of buying the Logitech G502 gaming mouse.

If anyone of you guys have the mouse, then please share your experience.

Is it worth it? Any problems? etc...

Yes Definitely.. I Think You Should Because It's A Great Mouse With The Best Optical Sensor (PMW3366).

It Has Great Weight Balance. 

Programmable RGB Lighting.

If You Have A Logitech Mouse Pad it Also Has Preset Modes For Each Type Of Pad You Have

11 Programmable Buttons (Macros)

DPI Up-Down Button

Dual-Mode, Gaming-Grade Scroll Wheel

Also All Of This Info With Everything Else

Just bought it today, excellent mouse. It took me a while to get used to it because of how many buttons there are. Otherwise, amazing sensor and ergonomics.

 

EDIT: On a side note, the free scroll wheel is really fun to play with xD

It's really good. Personally I didn't want to spend that much so I got a G402 and it's awesome as well, but the G502 is a great choice.

Lenovo Ideapad 720s 14 inch ------ One day I'll have a desktop again...

I've been using the mouse for a while now and it's definitely the best mouse I've owned.

Should I buy a new Mouse pad from Logitech? (Cause I'm on a budget)

Try the mouse out on that one first and see what you think. If you don't like it I would VERY highly recommend a Steelseries QcK pad, I got mine for $10 at Best Buy and it's amazing.

It's really Your Choice If You Want To Or Not.. That Mouse Pad Will Work If You Have A Higher DPI Setting, Otherwise It Should Work Fine.

I also bought the SteelSeries Qck with my G502 for $8. Really good mousepad.

I loved it at first but as the time went on its weight was becoming annoying (I used the mouse for over 18 months).

 

Its pretty loud mouse , lose parts, very clicky buttons. 

 

Perfect sensor but my mouse feet started coming off this year (after over 15months of daily use, never happened with deathadder, (it has different feet).

 

The reason I bought G502 was black Friday :D and the shape of the mouse and all the great reviewed saying it has the best sensor on the market. 

 

I liked it a lot for a long time. But now I have FinalMouse Ergo and it has all I need. G502 I never used more than. 5 buttons on G502 kinda wasting it's potential. The coating on the wheel (it's aluminium underneath I believe) started coming off after an year of use making it smelly (only upclose) because my hands get sweaty.

Logitech also has by far the best support that i have seen in a long time, i had a minor problem and they sent me a whole new mouse
