Should I get an iPhone 6s or Samsung s7 edge?

So with Verizon, I need a phone that is fast, has a good battery life, and is a smooth experience overall

 

I really want to go with the s7 edge but the iphone seems faster in loading up games and apps, + it has imessage

The appstore is terrible compared to the playstore. Not to mention there are so many good .apks for games out there it's insane. The only thing that sucks is fiddling with the phone for the first week to meet how you like it.
