Visual Basic Help?

So I'm writing my final for Visual Basic and I've come across some code which if triggered I need to leave the "If" it is in and start the sub back at the beginning. How would one go about this? I dont want to close out of the sub with exit sub but just go back to the beginning of it without resetting it or anything.

Can you show the code or give any more detail to what you're trying to accomplish?
