Hello, I am currently on a budget of 30 dollars for a graphics card. I am currently on integrated HD 3000 graphics. The only reason I even want a card right now is to play Diablo 3. I can already run the games starter edition on lowest, but I know once I'm at end game when mobs and lights are all over the screen it will probably lag terribly.

I am currently looking at a 512MB HP AMD Radeon HD 6450 PCIE X16 card, but will this even work. A person I know says it won't. Am I better off just waiting till I can afford a good card or do you have suggestions for other cheap cards?

Thank you.

You should really get like 70 USD and get a second hand R9 270 or HD 7850, a GPU like that wont do much good (coming from someone with a shitty GPU like that)

Oh yes, of course. I forgot. I copied from system requirements lab. Did a bad job at copying it but you get the idea.

The intergrated graphics is just as good as the 30 dollar GT210, but dont get that.

raise it to about 70 and get a 270, or 100 and  get a 750ti.

haha I would. I don't really need it for anything aside from Diablo 3 which doesn't seem that demanding so I figure something small should work. I don't really play many video games but was really into Diablo 2 some time ago. Kind of want to try out the next. I mean, I could go more a little if needed.

The hd3000 is better than a 6450 or any gpu for that price. Wait for a x50 class or higher gpu.

You say you want to get the 512MB HP AMD Radeon HD 6450 and as you can see the HD 6670 almost touches the 60fps at High. You could look for something like a GTX 650 Ti too, which should be around 60 USD, but will yield a lot better performance than that AMD card or an HD 7770 which should cost and perform about the same.
