i have mastercase pro 5 
front : 3 fans
rear  : 1 fan
top   : 2 fans
i have 4 cm jetflo where should i put them? intake or out?

what cpu cooler do you have?

just put 2 intake fans on the front and one exhaust at the back.

and then get a 212 evo or better.
