I really am struggling to fathom how high an AIB OC card could really go with an additional power plug.

Good god..and that's just with a single 8-pin. I imagine the AIB partners will have 6+8 and 8+8 pin cards for more powwahhhh. Though I wonder at what point more power is just being wasted.
