Chrome windows

Hey, so I noticed a blue border around my chrome windows that are not snapped to be full screen. 

As you can see, the window has a blue border to it. 

 

 

Is this something that was added in a update? Am I just crazy? Or is it my PC potentially? Thanks.

Was not present with a theme enabled.

Try installing Chrome Canary, I think they fixed that.

Would rather stick with what is out for the public. Chrome has been a bit of a let down lately. The task bar shows up when clicking off on my other monitors when there is a full screen video (I got a friend to replicate this on his PC so I know it's not just me), and now this anything blue border. Come on Google, what are you doing.
