So I currently have an AMD gaming pc

Now that I've sold it I need a new computer for 600 USD

It'll probably end up costing me more because of shipping and tax but oh well

I play CSGO,  Witcher 3, Fallout 4, GTA V and some other games like that

That's an average 1080p gaming build. It'll run anything 1080p really well but anything above it will lag. But overall good build.

This will do just fine for any 1080p game out there. Maybe you want to go for a better chip for some of that overclocking action? But I just said that for the sake of saying something...the build is fine...

Well maybe if it didn't have shitty components then it wouldn't be so bad  (the new grey labels are however decent but stick with the safesonic you have in your build ). Just as a suggestion, you could get a skylake CPU for about the same price so you know...if you're not reusing RAM or motherboard then it could be better

1070 is 100$ more than the 970
480 will be 100$ more than the 380 simply due to yields. He'd be looking at a 470 which would likely be similar in terms of performance.
