Not being able to install windows 8 on my HDD.

Delete all the partitions and create a new one.

I'm trying to install windows 8 my computer but it doesn't allow me because of something with my hdd. I put some picture's i took with 2005 phone sorry the quality is not good. Before trying to install windows 8 i had unbutu I'am also using a western digital blue 1tb. Can someone suggest something to fix it?

Delete all the partitions and create a new one.
