Both of those fans are excellent options between the two the Noctua's may be a little better for both noise and performance.

Well some people hearing is different and also stated dBA is not accurate reading how loud it is, if you have done physics. For instance the specs sheet is never 100% accurate anyways. Thanks for your help anyways for my anything over 25dba is too loud for me.

Can't lose with either one imo. Try each out, give them a little stress testing and see what you come up with. Temps should be more or less identical, but one might be slightly louder than the other.

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.
