It won't be very good for benchmarking, but PrimeGrid's GeneferOCL software is a great tool for stress testing. It'll push your cooling to the limit, while also being great at detecting errors.

 

Only downside is that it has a very steep learning curve, as it wasn't designed with stress testing in mind.
