PC Freezing Every 5 seconds on a new PC Build

You might also try if you havnt plugging it into a different outlet or if you have one available a voltage regulating UPS, it may be caused by voltage fluctuation, or dirty power, from the wall.

 

Also, what steps have you taken to try and correct the issue yourself?

Hi, so basically today ive built two PC's. One that i am on now that works flawlessly, and one that freezes every five seconds...

 

The spec is-

a akasa K32 Cooler

CX750 PSU

Corsair 100R case

2x4gb ddr4 vengance LPX ram 2133mhz

256Gb sandisk z400 

Gigabyte GA-h110M-H

gtx 780Ti GPU 

i5 6500

Any ideas why this would be happening? is there anything that I can do to stop this happening.... this build is for a friend and he is raring to go to play his games on it as ever...

all it was was a fresh install of windows :)
