or you put more cpu horses behind encoding, theres a guy from down under that *managed* (i still dont know how..) to push 1080p30 trough 900Kbit and have it not be blockfest.

a streamer i used to watch has a old laptop he'd stream with on 1up and it would be so picles his bitrate looked like it was 200 xD
