I'd recommend waiting until your want becomes a need. Until then you could possibly satisfy the upgrade itch by grabbing the 420 GB SSD that you want. It'll easily transfer over to the new build when you decide that you need it. That alone will have a nice impact on overall performance. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options... Plus a 980ti or a pascal card would be good for GPU, and if you really want a SSD i wouldn't spend so much on a 1TB one, i would just get a 512 or maybe a 120 as a boot drive? 2x 1TB HDD is fine for what you're doing, frankly. you'd just see some faster rendering speeds if you went to a 1TB ssd, but it'd be half the storage you had.
