Such a simple but so satisfying answer!

but it doesnt answer clearly

yes to overclocking on stock cooler or yes to upgrading the cooler?

@Sans, if you wanna OC, i recommend something like a cryorig H7 for mild OC, NH-D15 or Dark Rock (Pro) 3 for heavy OC

or kraken x61 or h100i GTX if you fancy AIO watercooling

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately

The Bequiet Pure Rock looks better, is quieter, and performs a tiny bit better for nearly the same price.

(This is the only cooler from Bequiet not hard to mount.

The cpu is on 3,5Ghz and the max it can go up to is 3,9-4,0 is it a huge upgrade or should i stay with it because i see that in some games like witcher 3 are using little bit of a more advantage of the cpu then other games on the market. So i don't know :/

So i have been using the i5-4690k for a while with the stock cooler and i wonder if i can overclock it or would i need to upgrade the cooler?

you can OC it a tiny bit. To get a good OC you need a better cooler

well get an aftermarket cooler and OC it further, and make sure the temps are safe

That's still a fine cpu, stay with it and overclock it a bit if needed. I have had no reason to overclock my 4790k and it still performs top end.
