steam searchign for people

when ever i seach for someone on steam that has a two part name it always searches for either the first or last, and i have to go through thousands of pages to try and find it, is there a way to make steam search for that exact name? EXACTLY? i dont want a bunch of "general related key words"

what i do is look their steam name up on google and it usally shows active accounts or high level ones rather than all the randoms named that, but if the name is like john cena well have fun xD

but no luck, is there a few keywords i can make it so that it just serches steam directory?
