can i use silicone to glue glass to a screen?

It would probably look really bad and also the application would have to be perfect because to little and there will be air pockets and to much there will be over spill.

Well I mean the overspill I can just cut off....

With the silicone in between two different materials it will either chemically react and make it look horrible or it will just look like a really blurry image.

What sort of screen are we talking about here?  Laptop, pad, desktop?

 

And why do you want to attach glass to it?

htc m7

 

glass broke

repairing, because the glass in shards, and its easy to replace.

 

i took the good glass off a dead m7, so im going to replace the cracked on

Not sure what will work for that issue.

 

You could try silicone. At least it should be easily removed if it doesn't work well.
