Can't move plants in Fallout 4

So for whatever reason in Fallout 4, I can't move the majority of my plants. As you can see in the video below, I maneuver around them and I can't select it (IRL I did a full 360 around it). I removed my little "power station" as well so that there was nothing above the plants, then I saved, quit, and reloaded and STILL nothing. This is pissing me off since I need them.

 

Also, the ones off to the left side of the ones I can move won't as well.

I'm the oldest of 6. That kind of programming was always on. I grew up listening to Dora, Elmo's World, Tellitubbies and PBS's various children programs. I know all the songs. To this day, I can't get Elmo out of my head. T__T

Hmm that's weird, it happened to me once(with the same plants btw) in a settlement that I had build too much plants, I did the weapons trick of last year to get more building space. The solution was to keep removing other plants until I was able to select them again. But I doubt it will work for you I don't know, it don't see like you had build a lot in there so it might not be the same issue.

You and me both man. Elmo's world haunts me randomly.

 

ON topic. The Nexus may have a mod that fixes that issue. I am new to pc gaming (2 months worth of it) and something that seems common place is that the modders fix the mistakes of the companies usually faster and better than the companies themselves.
