4"-4.5" smartphone suggestions

Hi,

 

I want to buy a new phone because my current one is too big for me and i was wondering if I could get some good suggestions. I do not mind buying a used phone. It must be 4.5 inch max though. I don't need a fancy camera, no need for 1080p screen, but i do want it to be responsive and have expendable storage via microSD card and at least 1 GB of ram

 

Any suggestions?

s5 mini, htc one mini 2, moto g and xperia z1 compact are your choices

Ignore what I said, the differences in CPU, display and camera is not very much (the 801 to me just looks like an OCed 800 which I'm pretty sure it is with the camera having the same res but allows higher ISOs...)

I think I ll go with xperia z1compact or xperia z3 compact(if i can get it under 300€)....tnx for all the suggestions
