Help slow speeds on pc

So for some reason the internet on my pc is extremely slow a i took a speedtest these are the results http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/2982904543

my internet speeds on everything else is fine like my phone and none such i've the general stuff your supposed to do virus scan, reset router etc please help i can barely load a youtube video at 360p

Ethernet all the way son but i have a 10FT ribbon ethernet cable running to my router

Try it with another cable and/or try reinstalling the network adapter drivers.

nope lol dont have any spare parts whatsoever

It's only my download speed that has suffered my upload was always that slow normally my download would be around 5mb/s
