XFX have made their own version of the 7990. This isnt reported yet from this forum, I spent like 20 minutes making sure.

Your mother comes with free coil. nahh jk, anyways we cant tell until someone reviews it. Anyways coil whine is weird, i have two gtx 640s both by EVGA and one has coil whine but the other has completely nothing.

AMD had a sort of embargo stopping people from making custom coolers. second they lift that people get wild.

As someone with an eye for design, they could have done more to make it stand out. "XFX" on the fan stickers, middle blade an entirely different colour (AMD red or white would work) so it really pops and the entire casing be made of black brushed aluminium (no branding) to give it an added dose of class that would look right at home in any rig. -- Alternatively, make the last 2 sets have fans have red blades with "A" "B" on them to look vaguely like an NES controller.

Neither do I but we arent everyone so nothing can be done.  i wouldnt mind getting it in a giveaway but that is about it.

I heard that XFX dual fan coolers are very loud and the card runs pretty hot. Hope they will fix this issue with a three slot card.

I personally love the aesthetics of the xfx cards. If only they wernt of such shoddy quality.

This is probably the first custom cooled 7990 I've seen... not that I've seen many 7990s or anyone who actually cares.

Its only a problem with the 7950 and above. They have a problem where its not seated correctly. They only get loud in a matx case
