Seriously though, we need more context. Are you building this? Or have you had this?

gr8 b8 m8 i r8 8/8

for gaming:

CPU: judging based on price, 7/10, could've gone i3 6100 for better performance and dat ddr4, but not a bad pick either, just not the best

GPU: 5/10, should've just saved more money and buy a better one, but not everyone have this option so....

RAM: 3/10, too much ram, could've allocated the budget elsewhere, but better than too little ram

HDD: 8/10 personal thing, not for me to judge, and SSD is not recommended in low budget system so i guess i could give you some points for not having an ssd and a decent HDD for the rig

PSU: model not known, cant judge, but wattage is fine

so your score is about ~6/10 :D based on the things i know

I am assuming you got a case free from somewhere.  The build new is around $405.  How much did you pay?

I would rate it a 4.5. mainly because you do not have an ssd. and I don't really know what model PSU that is. I mean thermal take makes alot of psu's you could have a really shitty one or a good one. some more context would be nice. I also don't know the speed of the ram and the brand of HDD or model.

CPU should be okay. That 360 is a rebadged 260 and it's slower than a 260X. 14GB of ram? The only way of getting 14GB would be some weird ass setup (3x4GB + 1x2GB) and the ram is most likely different sticks. HDD, same as any other 1TB out there. PSU, meh.

I'll give you a 6/10 for not blowing money on an ssd :P

But anything more than 8GB on a low end gaming system is a waste, that money could have been put into the gpu.
