What Can Do This?

I know the title is a bit different but i cant really think of a better way to ask it.

My question is what type of program or such would let me create and or edit a design and be able to send it to someone through a file? (i know there is photoshop but the one i am trying to think of i dont know the exact name for it or i just cant remember it right now but i might later).

Illustrator cost money however it's a professional program with a 30 day free trial which should be enough to design your back plate. Illustrator is great for designing stuff and makes vector images that don't have any aliasing so you're all good for turning it into a 3D model.

Alright, but it does not have any issues i will assume? (for some reason i see the "Ai" in the corner and i think of cortona with windows 10 which depending on how you look at it could be spyish).

I think the 30 day trial should work however if this is as good as it sounds, i might buy it (or pay however they want you to) and use it more in the future.

I would guess its legit and not dangerous/ bad considering you need to buy it and its adobe which i hear about often with professional stuff.
