Delidding Fail!

I was delidding an old pentium 4 521  Core i7 6700k. And failed miserably.

I like to kill hardware. In 2016 alone I have killed 20 Xeon 5160, and 10+ Pentium 4.

6700K uses tim so the ihs shouldn't stick to the die.

intel should stop putting ihs so we don't have to go through all of this crap. Like the good ol p3 days. no ihs just a naked exposed die.

At least your tried and learned something.  You did learn something, right?

Do us all a favor and install the camera into the same socket and see if you can't duplicate the results!

Just look at the ihs. You can clearly see that is belongs to a Socket 775 CPU. So no, This isn‘t an 6700k.
