How tall is the Intel stock cooler?

I have a Core i7-4790 and I want to know how tall the cooler height and I'm too lazy to open up my case and measure and I
can't find anything anywhere else on the internet.

Depends on when you got the cpu. They range from 1.18 (30mm) to 1.81 (46mm). The newer one has a circular design around the copper core, where the old is a square.
