Need help with airflow and fans

Hello Guys !

I wanted to check my airflow with you guys and see your opinions.

My plan A is to have the 2 intake fans with more RPM than the others so it can have a balance amount of intake and exhaust. My plan B would probably to sell the fan controller and get another 120mm and put all fans with the same RPM. What do you guys think? ( Check case below )

Another question is should I put the fans above or under the radiator.

Parts

CPU Cooler - Cooler Master Nepton 240M 76.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler

Fans - Cooler Master JetFlo 95.0 CFM 120mm ( 3 Exhaust , 2 Intake )

( I know this fans are loud as f#@! but I dont care much about that I just want good perfomance and I saw they can push a crazy amount of air )

Fan Controller - NZXT SENTRY 3 Fan Controller

Looks good, I would have the two intake fans push more so dust in concentrated their, not in all the cracks in the case.

you probably don't need the third exhaust fan

Will it make a big difference taking it out? or do you mean to make it as intake?

no removing  it would be ok, it will make the system quieter and it will be easier to have a balanced airflow.
