I need update my second hard drive for my videos recorded with Fraps and Dxtory, also for movies, photos, etc.

I do not know which to buy the HDD or SSHD. (because are almost at the same price)

I have a Samsung 840 Evo 120GB

SSHD Info:

4× faster than standard 7200RPM hard drives

Trim boot times by 40 - 60% over hard drives

I use SSD to install my games and programs.

I need space, because they weigh too videos recorded with fraps and Dxtory.

SSHD won't help you with space, you can be certain about it. SSHD usually can cache some few gigabytes of data at one time so i dont think you expect SSHD to cache your stuff at all times.

I would get 2x HDD in Raid0 honestly. Yes, SSHD is good for booting but honestly how much do you need additional cache if you already have SSD? SSHD will only add to the cost and the performance gains can only be seen up to certain degree (if files are too huge dont expect any boost) and it adds unneeded complexity to the architecture of your drive which you have to rely on. I'd take 2x HDD in Raid0 :)

So... If Jesus had the gold, would he buy himself out instead of waiting 3 days for the respawn?

I would either get a HDD or a proper SSD. I would just like to save money but thats not really a problem for everyone. Im saving up for a 27inch 2560x1600, they cost a bloody ton.

I do not need more than 1TB.

I'm just thinking in spend $100 on a hard drive.

2TB seagate barracuda has the best GB/$ ratio out of the examples you pulled up.
