Plenty of people have offered their suggestions on that thread. There's absolutely no need to go off and make a new one - you will have just wasted their time if you do.

You'll never learn like that. Go to UK part picker, do some research and put something together. Then post it on the forum and ask for suggestions. You'll get a much better response.

There are plenty of build guides on PC PARTPICKER anyways, just find one and take it.

some people just want a rig and doesnt care about the details or why certain part is in his rig lol

Well those people can go pay someone then because I have no patience for lazy people who expect other people to do things for them instead of learning. Every time I ask a question on a forum it's because I want to learn something, not because I expect people to tell me what to do.
