Free Simple Video Editor?

Alright, my friends like it when I play UHCs ( it is a minecraft thing ) with them and want me to upload my view. So basically I just want a basic thing to cut videos, turn them into MP4 and if it does other things cool. I might add some simple things or mess around with some features if it does have them. 20 minute long videos , thanks.

Simple? Idk, but Davinci Resolve is free. Used it a bit for color grading and they built an entire editor around it now.
