The pentium can be overclocked to out perform the i5 6400 if you wanna buy a decent cpu cooler

Okay you i want to buy a more expensive mobo and a cpu cooler just to reach the speed of an i5 with no oc. What if he doesn't like to oc and what if he gets a bad cpu that can't oc good.
