Hotway 8-bay Enclosure Drives Not Recognized

I formatted the drive to exFAT, it is recognized and working now

I have a Jotway 8-bay HDD enclosure, which I have been using daily for at least 5 years. I recently tried putting old 2TB drives (A WD Green and Seagate Pipeline HD) that used to be in there back in, and while they are recognized and work in Windows, when I reboot my OSMC Raspberry Pi, they spin up, but are not recognized.

 

The only change from my previous setup, when I used the drives, to this one, is the swap from Kodi to OSMC. I have quick formatted them both, and tried again, I have shut down osmc, and rebooted, I have also tried every slot in the 8-Bay enclosure.

I formatted the drive to exFAT, it is recognized and working now
