Hi my temps have been running 80-90 degrees on idle. Then when playing arma 3 I run around 100-120. I have asked friends and they have said that is not normal. I thought I need to talk to some "experts"  and possibly find out the cause of these high temps. Please if you have a suggestion to fix this problem please comment.

Obviously Fahrenheit lol, but those would be normalish temperatures for a PC at idle and load.
