Corsair K95 vs Logitech G910

I'm looking to buy a my first mechanical keyboard.

I can't decide between Corsair K95 and Logitech G910.

Pros for corsair: cherry MX brown switches so i could change key-caps later, made of aluminum and braided cable looks more durable. But I think software that comes with keyboard is not very good.

Pros for Logitech: better lighting on Romer-G switches, smaller in size and Logitech software paired with Arx control app is much better than corsairs. I don't like Logitech palm rest that is  bigger on left side i would prefer corsairs same size of entire length.

Since this is my first mechanical keyboard i think i will get used to Romer-G switches faster, since they give similar feeling to membrane keyboard. Also i get free Division game with Logitech so i save around 50€ on that.

In my country the best price for corsair is 205€ and for Logitech is 160€ (-50€ for the game that i would pay anyway)=110€

So is K95 so better then G910, that will justify almost 100€ in price difference?

I don't like the G910 simply for the key caps. They suck. Get the G810 instead if you want Romer-G switches.

The K95 is not worth 100 euro more than the G810 IMO.

I used to be quite active here.

Title says K97 :P

I have a K95 Red switches and I love it.  HOWEVER, the thing is pretty damn long.  If you plan to play FPS games for medium to long hours it gets uncomfortable cos for me at least, I have to pit my arms at open positions which is slightly uncomfortable and makes arm aiming (as opposed to wrist aiming) almost impossible.  I don't have wide shoulders so that compounds the problem.  If I had a choice I'd get a 60% mech keyboard just for FPS games but I'm not made of money :P

The Romer-G switches feel pretty good tbh but I hate the keycaps colour design ):  The price difference is totally not worth it though.

BTW, Logitech just released their significantly cheaper Orion Red/Brown with Cherry MX keys.  You might also appreciate going for the G410 instead of the G910.  Unless you have very specific use cases, almost nobody uses the macro keys on gaming keyboards.

QUOTE ME IN A REPLY SO I CAN SEE THE NOTIFICATION!

Even if you're a diehard Corsair fan I would never recommend a K95 to anyone but the most profigliate.

The left side macro bank is a plastic segment grafted on and it looks cheap compared to the aluminium body beside it (which is just a K70). It's absolutely not worth the extra money over a K70, let alone any competitors which are much cheaper.

Rather go for a keyboard with cherry switches. The feeling is way too good. I don't have experience with the g910 but i heard that people don't like it's keycaps. The corsair is a trusted one so you can't go wrong with it, but still way too expensive.

As i just bought the g810, i concur, great keyboard in my opinion. Prefer the more standard key caps of the g810 too.

Unlikely, Romer-Gs are exclusive to Logitech :P

I would be inclined to go for the K70 (if you like Cherry MX switches) or the G810 (if you like Romer-Gs)
