Is it possible to divide bandwidth between network users?

I'd like to host a few gaming servers on my PC and I was wondering whether it's possible to allocate a specific amount of bandwidth to the server?

I have a 80Mpbs down and 20Mbps up connection.

Is there a way of say, giving the server PC 40Mbps down and 10Mbps up so that I have half left over?

I don't like 2D games...I just couldn't get into them.. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Get into your router settings using the logon/pw on the bottom of the router or modem.

Take a peek around there in the various settings. It's probably going to be some confusing stuff though.
